Shipping policy

Shipments within Germany are handled by our logistics partner, DHL. All items sent by friendly hunting Heritage are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ends as soon as you have received your delivery.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs are charged only once.

We process and dispatch orders during our regular business hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

Orders are prepared for shipment no later than one business day after receipt of payment.

Packaging

We are committed to offering eco-friendly shipping solutions; therefore, all our items are sent in environmentally conscious packaging.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email notification containing your DHL tracking number.

Customs Duties and Taxes within the European Union

There are no additional taxes or customs duties for goods shipped within the European Union.

Product prices and shipping costs include the applicable value-added tax (VAT) and are therefore stated as gross prices.
